As a busy, full-time working, postpartum mom, I was looking for a personal trainer who could meet me where I was and help me get to where I wanted to be. Kodi did just that! His workouts are super efficient, well-structured, and always challenging. He is a wealth of knowledge without the slightest bit of pretentiousness. He empasizes form and safety while keeping you moving and working. I've participated in all sorts of fitness activities in the past and for sure this is the best coaching I've ever received. The space is great, and I love the variety – I never get bored. On top of all that, he’s super friendly and supportive, making each session both productive and enjoyable.
